The Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel invites guests to experience Lone Star hospitality just five miles northwest of The Strip in Las Vegas, Nev. The Texas Station Gambling Hall and Hotel welcomes guests seeking serious gaming action removed from the Strip's hectic pace. The property's 91,000-square-foot casino offers 2,500 slot and video poker machines, 38 table games, live poker, a keno lounge, 550-seat bingo room, and a 220-seat race and sports book. Non-gambling activities include a round-the-clock 60-lane bowling center, 18-screen movie theater, outdoor pool, video arcade and nearby 18-hole golf course. The hotel's 40,000-square-feet of meeting and banquet space accommodate groups up to 1,000 people, and romantically inclined guests may consecrate their vows at one of two wedding chapels. In addition, an on-site special events center hosts live entertainment.
Guests can bring Texas-size appetites to the Texas Café, which specializes in savory Mexican and American dishes. The Texas Star Oyster Bar serves delicious gumbo and seafood entrées, and Austin's features traditional steakhouse fare. Soft music and candlelight lure guests to San Lorenzo, which features an extensive wine list and classic pasta and seafood temptations.
